SigneBlock
Bringing Quality and Transparency in Digital Transformation

Antonio Pinedo Hoyvik, CEOThe company acts as an extension of its clients’ in-house development team and offers customised digital solutions leveraging technologies including IoT, AI, blockchain, digital signature, cloud, and data analytics. As a result, SigneBlock’s clients receive compliant digital solutions, which are customised according to their specific workflow needs. “At SigneBlock, we use enabling technologies to assist companies in their digital transformation process,” says Mr. Antonio Pinedo Hoyvik, CEO of SigneBlock. “As a technological ally, we offer highly competitive solutions to the challenges presented by current trends towards corporate digitisation.”
He further mentions that through its products and services, SigneBlock facilitates the digitisation of companies, focusing on security (and therefore trust) and legality. “We provide electronic services backed by eIDAS accreditation, which means we comply with all relevant EU regulations,” he informs. Further, as a part of the Signe business group, a company specialising in document security, SigneBlock has solid values based on security, trust and innovation and is, therefore, able to develop global, secure digital solutions with full legal validity.
Superior Technology Competency
SigneBlock maintains a strong focus around blockchain and thus, utilises the technology to develop a plethora of digital tools. One prime example is the company’s ready-to-use blockchain-based platform, Gouze. “The platform combines the power of business intelligence (BI) with blockchain to make it possible for any business to trace any information, asset, process, identity, document, or file,” informs Mr. Antonio. Besides, the tool is immensely customisable, giving SigneBlock the ability to provide services to any company, consultancy, and industry, even bringing them into contact with each other to share information, always with prior authorisation. In addition, thanks to its proprietary IoT technology, each asset produced by a business can be converted into a carrier of its own information.
Mr. Antonio mentions that another good example of SigneBlock’s technical capabilities is its URUK electronic signature platform. It is one of the first platforms in the world to combine electronic signature with blockchain technology, and that has legal validity. URUK enables businesses to sign documents anywhere and anytime—thereby streamlining the work processes, helping deals close faster, and saving operational costs for managing physical documents and travel. It has various other beneficial functionalities alongside the e-signature options, which can be implemented depending on the level of security required by a company.

SigneBlock has recently made further inroads in the domain of blockchain. The result of this is SigneBlock’s Qualif-ID (Qualified digital identity or Qif) solution. Qualif-ID secures the URUK digital signature solution even more by preventing identity theft. It is also legally recognised, which allows for helping companies sign any file following the current EU regulatory framework. It even provides the business with full evidentiary proof and legal recognition of any electronic transactions in blockchain-based solutions. “Qid is currently in production, and we are in the process of marketing it in the U.S., Europe, and Latin America,” shares Mr. Antonio.
SigneBlock has solid values based on security, trust and innovation and is, therefore, able to develop global, secure digital solutions with full legal validity.
Further, SigneBlock’s newly-developed search engine— TRAZER—allows businesses to trace and certify all blockchain-based records, assets, identities, and other kinds of evidence whenever they want. Looking at the competencies of these innovative solutions, there's no doubt that SigneBlock has already earned prestigious awards; the most recent ones were from La Razón, one of the leading newspapers in Europe, and the Spanish National Meat Industry Association (ANICE). “With a presence in several countries both within and outside of the EU, we are very conscious of the importance of legal compliance in order to provide a robust solution that is compatible in all these countries, indirectly making it all the stronger,” mentions Mr. Antonio.
Bringing Flexibility in the Digital Transformation Process
Currently, SigneBlock’s blockchain platform is helping many businesses in realising optimum benefits. For instance, the company has recently partnered with The College of Surveyors of Madrid, Spain, to develop a tailored solution named the Blockchain Digital Visa. The innovative solution aimed to make use of blockchain technology to help the college members get a digital identity, which would enable them to easily process and trace their BIM design model documents. Essentially, this Digital Blockchain Visa can be applied for any other construction project as well, helping the members to document and manage its entire lifecycle, providing agility and legal guarantees to all those involved in the building process and increasing the value of the Visa.

Moving ahead, SigneBlock is continuously looking at new solutions to bring more flexibility in the digital transformation process and proactively working on new development projects with current national compliance regulations. “We are also working for implementing the new European Blockchain Services Infrastructure (EBSI) in our services whilst working on the expansion of our applications to the rest of Europe and the U.S. to ensure it is all plain sailing,” concludes Mr. Antonio.
