Roborana
Time to embrace Robotic Process Automation

Mathias Fransen, Managing PartnerMathias Fransen, the Managing Partner at RoboRana, thinks that the RPA technology is more accurate and consistent than humans when it comes to the automation of repetitive, high-volume back-end processes across multiple applications. Focused on the mission of reducing costs, manual work and its errors, improving customer experience, and transforming data-intensive business processes, RoboRana combines RPA with cognitive solutions like Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Machine Learning (ML), to deliver the best results to its clients. Its first step is to provide the foundation training and advanced tool training to companies regarding the utilities of using the RPA technology.
Starting with the awareness training to the deployment of robotic solutions, and to the post-implementation supports, RoboRana functions as the end-to-end solution provider in the domain of AI and RPA
RoboRana is trusted by some of the top companies across industries, and it has achieved this height within two years of its existence in the market. In the pursuit of optimisation and automation of its administrative tasks, the Port of Antwerp was looking for innovation. RoboRana introduced them to the RPA technology provided by Blue Prism and selected three processes for automation which served as a proof of concept. Currently, these automated processes act as a strong base for the Port of Antwerp in cases of further process identifications and automation through the RPA technology.
In another instance, Acerta, a full-service HR group, was looking for new ways to optimize its administrative tasks. RoboRana introduced RPA technology in the organization and built a pilot project with UiPath on 16 appointed cases. Now, RoboRana continues its RPA venture with Acerta in 30 RPA processes across all the departments in the organisation.
RoboRana also has VDAB, a Flemish public employment service, and Sibelga, a network operator for electricity & gas, among its list of other clients. This Robotics Competence Center within the Cronos Group also conducts events to spread the information about RPA among more number of people.
According to a report by Global Market Insights Inc., the RPA market is expected to reach $5 billion by 2024. In order to cater to this rising demand for robotic automation and work towards the enhancement and transformation of the current manual working process of enterprises across different industries, RoboRana is constantly expanding its market. Also, in order to abide by its three core values—innovation, impact, and focus—RoboRana is constantly in the look-out for the best RPA and AI solutions and aware of the technological updates. The company is also focused on solving the complex expectations of its clients and transforming their businesses into a true digital ecosystem.
