Compliance Management Simplified

Janne Jarvenoja, Founder & CEOWith a deep understanding of the regulatory arena, NordCheck has the best-in-class solution that automates documentation across all the organizational processes and combines data from multiple sources, unifying them on a simple platform to simplify compliance. The company’s solutions address the current compliance management practices that otherwise would require organizations to invest their precious resources, such as time and workforce, to record information. NordCheck focuses on key processes where timely compliance check is a critical part and where throughput time is critical impacting revenues.
Built on M-Files—an enterprise content management (ECM) platform that offers enterprise-level tools to control and manage content—the solution is well-designed and well-tested to combine disparate compliance documents on a single platform and provides a central visibility to organizational stakeholders.
We also provide reporting and strategic compliance management layer for C-level executives, besides offering consulting services and subject matter expertise for designing and implementing holistic compliance approach and platform
In addition, NordCheck operates via large system integrators as they are the gateway to large enterprise market which benefits most from this technology. As a result, the comprehensive NordCheck solution delivers key benefits such as, agility, efficiency and smooth integration with legacy systems.
Fundamentally, NordCheck’s compliance solution uses M-Files' artificial intelligence-based metadata layer architecture to automate compliance processes across functions and aligns data in the legacy systems with modern software such as ERP and CRM, resulting in a comprehensive implementation of regulatory requirements. “We also provide reporting and strategic compliance management layer for C-level executives, besides offering consulting services and subject matter expertise for designing and implementing holistic compliance approach and platform. We call the approach as Visionary Compliance,” says Janne Järvenoja, Chairman and CEO of NordCheck Oy.
One of M-Files' clients that operates in the energy sector was in discussion with NordCheck to comprehend the ways to supplant the traditional MS Outlook with a more comprehensive compliance management tool. NordCheck implemented its holistic M-Files-powered compliance solution and combined it with the client's QMS tool. In no time, the client achieved a great deal of flexibility and agility across all business functions in addition to getting rid of siloed systems.
NordCheck’s compliance solution can be implemented onpremise, oncloud, or in a hybrid environment, depending on the criticality of data security. According to Järvenoja, the solution can be flexibly applied across organizational functions, covering auditing and accounting, workflow management, vendor management and training, among others. For instance, enterprises can ensure the employees undergo the right training as per the specifications and instructions as instructed in the document, even before they get access to a machine or device.
NordCheck hones its compliance management expertise and continues to leverage industry best practices and modern technologies to advance its solution. Also, it expects to ramp up co-operation with Atos, its first strategic delivery partner. Establishing strong foothold in central Europe and the United Kingdom, NordCheck looks to take its solution to international markets as well. "Currently, we are foraying into the manufacturing, energy and finance sectors, which are highly complex in terms of machinery, processes, and compliance," concludes Järvenoja.
