"This is a leap forward in our growth plans for 2020 and beyond. With Xavier, Receipt Bank gives accountants the tools to offer better business advice based on better quality data at every step," commented Receipt Bank CEO Adrian Blair.
Xavier, led by Rich Nicolson, CEO, automates complicated financial data checking with an easily understandable health score. It finds out anomalies and errors in complex business data within accounting software, which reduces the frequency and the cost of fixing them for accountants and bookkeepers. Xavier is now a part of the Receipt Bank product portfolio.
Rich Nicolson, Xavier CEO, said, "Our mission has always been to create accurate data for effective accounting; being part of Receipt Bank allows us to fulfil that mission, at scale, with tens of thousands of accountants globally."
The company aims to expand the joint offer internationally in 2020, with Xavier launching into Australia this Autumn, following the launch business insights tool 'Resilience.'
Xavier was launched in Bristol with a Xero integration at the end of 2018. It has since successfully become one of the marketplace's fastest-growing new accounting apps. In March 2020, it won Xero's national Emerging App of the Year award.
