FREMONT, CA: TipRanks, the creator of the world's first Financial Accountability Engine, has teamed up with Questrade, Canada's fastest-growing online brokerage, to provide Questrade users with the tools they need to assess individual stocks and make educated investing decisions. TipRanks' data-driven solution is now available on the Questrade online and IQ Edge platforms, at no additional cost to users, as of June 4th. The data from TipRanks will cover both US and Canadian companies, greatly expanding the research options available to all Questrade consumers.
The TipRanks Financial Accountability Engine provides investors and traders with all of the data they need to decide who to trust and make informed investment decisions. The firm employs machine learning and natural language processing algorithms to look at any stock analyst, blogger, hedge fund, or corporate insider's track record and measured performance going back to January 2009.
Customers of Questrade will gain access to TipRanks' interactive stock research tools, which include the Smart Score tool, which ranks stocks on a scale of one to 10 based on eight unique market criteria. Analyst consensus, ratings, and price goals, and opinions for companies in the United States and Canada, are available as additional tools. The brokerage will add a more comprehensive array of TipRanks' capabilities to its platforms in the coming months.
Questrade is the first Canadian brokerage to give TipRanks' award-winning stock score directly to its clients, joining other major worldwide financial institutions that have done so. TD Bank, Saxo Bank, NASDAQ, TD Ameritrade, Interactive Brokers, Santander, E*Trade, eToro, and other companies are among them.
"We are delighted to partner with Questrade in their mission to empower investors," says Uri Gruenbaum, CEO, TipRanks. "Our ability to simplify institutional-level research tools is game-changing. We level the playing field by giving retail investors access to visualized and intuitive research tools which help them make better, data-driven decisions."
"We're on a mission to empower and educate Canadians on their journey to financial independence by investing in informative and interactive tools like TipRanks," said Edward Kholodenko, President and CEO, Questrade. "Through this partnership, we are offering powerful research capabilities to investors, and will also be the first brokerage in Canada to offer TipRanks' Smart Score – an award-winning rating system that helps identify high potential stocks – directly to our customers. Helping them invest confidently and succeed is our ultimate goal."
