FREMONT, CA: Artificial intelligence's blemished image has always originated from one thing: its perceived superiority to human intelligence. In many ways, a computer is faster than a knowledgeable person. It is a reality that what would take a human year to process will take AI merely minutes. When it comes to artificial intelligence's learning capabilities, there is only one method to learn: by being fed a particular amount of data. But, according to a study, the most significant difference between AI and human intelligence is humans' ability to think and learn from their mistakes.
People progress through trial and error because they can look back on previous experiences and deduce the best answers from there. On the other hand, artificial intelligence is incapable of doing so and can only focus on the data that is currently available in it.
AI Is Strictly Objective, Whereas Human Intelligence Can Play Both Sides
Artificial intelligence can "infer" about the data offered simultaneously; hence its decisions are entirely objective. On the other hand, humans may be both accurate and subjective, providing them with a broader perspective before deciding.
AI Doesn't Adapt to Changes Well.
Artificial intelligence's key benefit is that it excels at maintaining a routine. It can do the same thing repeatedly without becoming tired or frustrated because it is physiologically incapable of doing so. As a result, it can only follow a set of instructions and never adjust to change quickly as a human. It can only adapt after new instructions are programmed into it by a human operator.

Humans, on the other hand, can adjust to rapid changes considerably more quickly. However, the human brain can only focus on one subject at a time, lengthening its time to solve an issue. A human brain will never match an AI's level of concentration, which is why AI algorithms have been able to anticipate 350,000 protein structures in minutes when a human scientist could only deal with one structure in months.
AI Can Never Think in Abstract
Users can teach an AI to play piano from a sheet of music nearly and a human. Users may also feed it pre-existing data to teach it to create a playable video game. Again, it's due to their ability to process large amounts of data. On the other hand, artificial intelligence will never be able to compose a song out of thin air like a human pianist or design an entirely new gadget like a human game developer.
