When it comes to Business Continuity and business in general, different organizations will have different needs, but it all comes down to that question. With experience across multiple industries, MHA Consulting has the full capability to create plans for complex problems to meet concise solutions. Don't let your business resiliency fall by the wayside because of short staffing, lack of technical knowledge, or other business pressures. We offer a complete portfolio of consulting services to assess, implement, exercise, and maintain your Business Continuity program's maturity and sophistication.

  • Our competencies go beyond business continuity to encompass crisis management, disaster recovery, program augmentation, and training services for our clients

Invaluable Experience

For over 21 years, the MHA Consulting team has leveraged its combined century of business continuity and disaster recovery experience to provide expert consulting services and intuitive business continuity software to organizations of all sizes, industries, and experience levels.

Improve your business continuity program with intuitive BCM management software

After years of struggling with Word templates and Excel spreadsheets, our team developed BCMMetricsTM to allow both experts and novice users to efficiently and effectively conduct key business continuity activities consistently. The software has five key components— BIA On-Demand, Planner, BCM One, Compliance Confidence, and Residual Risk. BIA On-Demand helps you conduct an industry-standard Business Impact Analysis, which analyzes the relative criticality of business processes and technology. Planner helps you to develop and maintain your continuity plans and documents. BCM One provides a single site for plan information across all client locations, allowing clients to see the distribution of their facilities geographically and store and access critical information and documentation. Compliance Confidence allows the client to assess their program’s alignment with relevant industry standards. Finally, Residual Risk provides a methodology for a more sophisticated analysis of the risk elements that remain in a program after risk mitigation measures have been incorporated.

Value Proposition

Our competencies go beyond business continuity to encompass crisis management, disaster recovery, program augmentation, and training services for our clients. One thing we've learned over the years is that no two clients are alike. We take great care to understand our clients and their specific needs, allowing us to provide consulting services that address client requirements and fit with company culture and constraints. Everything we do is grounded in best practices, but with a strong focus on simplicity. We recognize that there is limited time available for BCM stakeholders to participate in your program in today's corporate environment. Your process must adapt to time constraints and invest stakeholders' time wisely to ensure a successful, long-term continuity program.

MHA is a boutique consulting firm, yet we serve a robust client base of industry leaders representing a broad spectrum of industries, company size, and business continuity sophistication levels. Our people have decades of experience with a proven track record of performance and customer satisfaction, allowing them to combine our services and software solutions to ensure that our clients can respond to natural disasters or technology interruptions in a way that protects their people, property, and business interests.
