LendMe, established in 2016, is one of Denmark's first independent loan brokers, providing consumers with the country's most complete portfolio of lending partners from Denmark's largest banking panel.
FREMONT, CA: Axo AS, a significant Nordic distributor of personal finance products and a portfolio business of Corsair, a leading private equity firm focused on services, software, and payments investments in financial services, revealed last week that it has agreed to buy tech-enabled loan broker LendMe. The transaction's financial specifics were not disclosed.
LendMe, established in 2016, is one of Denmark's first independent loan brokers, providing consumers with the country's most complete portfolio of lending partners from Denmark's largest banking panel. As part of its services, LendMe also offers income protection insurance. The company is led by a strong and experienced senior management team, who will join Axo once the transaction is completed. The three co-founders of the company will hold local and group management positions inside Axo, and all LendMe workers will remain in the group.
