Where agility once signified progress and momentum, today, disillusionment often prevails.
Frameworks are implemented, roles defined, velocity measured – yet the value for customers remains vague. Teams are “agile” but not effective. Companies are “transformed” but not adaptable. Rightly so, leaders are asking: What is all this for?
