Avant-Garde Approach to Customer Surveys

What do customers want? is a million-dollar question that can make or break a business. In the wake of the continuous change in customer demands, it is vital to collect and act on customer feedback to drive change and business growth. Although customer satisfaction is paramount, on an equal footing ascertaining the happiness quotient of the employees is the key to make customers happier and in turn gain market share.

“Our ambition is to make feedback collection a part of our customers’ daily operations to increase the quality of business decisions,” says Tom Nyman, chairman of Netigate. A Stockholm-based information technology company, Netigate helps organisations to ask the right questions at the right time, analyse the results and gain strong customer insights that drive progress. “We help our clients compete for customers, talent and market share,” states Nyman.

Netigate brings to the table a mix of great technology combined with superior support and a high level of internal expertise. But what sets them apart is their easy to use, flexible, and cost-effective solution with a quick implementation. Leveraging the Net Promoter Score (NPS) method, Netigate’s NPS solution makes it easy to work with and act on feedback.
Moreover, the feedback reports can be tailored to suit the varied requirements of management. The reports can throw light on the overall performance of a company to ascertain trends over time, while individual regions of a company can compare results and judge the top ten performers for example. The feedback can also be designed to trigger automatic notifications in real-time for managers to immediately respond to the feedback or take action.

The solution’s ready-to-use templates can be customised to fit the need of any organisation, and the surveys can be combined to see results over several months or years. “The language module with over 65 languages makes it easy for global companies to have a centralised feedback solution,” says Nyman. “Together with this we meet the specific needs of each customer by offering custom add-ons and an open API.”

On the employee engagement front, the company offers a robust process across the employee lifecycle right from on boarding surveys, regular pulse surveys to exit surveys. The surveys are not only simple to set up but are easy to gain valuable insights and come with simple sharing of breakdowns for each manager.

Nyman recounts the story of how Lufthansa City Center (LCC)—the worldwide biggest independent franchise-chain within the travel agency market approached Netigate for their service. Their requirement was to create a customer questionnaire for quality assurance that could be used worldwide in all travel agencies belonging to LCC. They were facing the challenge of handling a large amount of data and in analysing the data to reveal opportunities for improvement. Netigate provided options to translate the questionnaire in an easy and time-efficient way with individual reports for every single travel agency and quick internal feedback for management, among others. The manifold advantages included bringing forth an increase in answer rate alongside large cost savings in the send out of surveys.

As a leading European provider of cloud-based services for online surveys, Netigate’s clientele span across 35 countries with rapid expansion plans underway in the UK and Holland. With an ambitious blueprint on the drawing board, they have released a beta version of a powerful report with more tools for analysis and the capacity to work with larger datasets. Netigate’s short term plans include the addition of more advanced AI features to their reporting and innovating on easy access to insights to drive organisational progress.

The new reporting tool is easy to navigate, more user-friendly, faster and already available for all Netigate users.

Not only does it process data more efficiently, it also provides multiple new and improved ways for customers to share the results within their companies.Netigate’s updated reporting tool has been optimised to handle large amounts of data. Tech pioneer Netigate Doubles in size

The Swedish cloud service provider Netigate continues to grow and has doubled in size over the last three years. In 2018, the company grew by 21% and saw revenue of 134 million SEK, with 6 million in profit. ‘We are proud to have achieved strong organic growth while managing to make a profit at the same time’, says Tom Nyman, Chairman of the Board at Netigate.

Netigate develops and provides cloud-based services, with a focus on surveys used for customer experience, employee experience, and market research.

Also contributing to their international growth is the success of the company’s German division. In 2018, it became larger than the home market in Sweden for the first time, supported by strong and steady growth across the business’s other offices.

Netigate’s growth is not only due to their international expansion and increased sales efforts. There has been a shift in how companies work with data, and the demand for feedback as a basis for decisions is growing.

Netigate’s plans for expansion will continue into 2019, with their sights set on entering the UK market next.
