The company’s cross-functional expert team effectively handles every phase, right from design to software engineering, assembling, installation, and training, post-sales assistance, and support.

With a strong commitment to innovation, MASMEC has always made a significant investment in multidisciplinary research and continuous employee training in order to offer products in line with the competitive automotive market. The Founder and the President of MASMEC, Michele Vinci, believed from the very beginning that he had to keep the technology state of the art and invested in a research and development department in 1996. Following in her father’s footsteps, Daniela Vinci has been investing in new technologies in the industry, such as predictive maintenance, Digital Twins, and virtual commissioning, to make processes more agile and versatile.
