In addition to detecting cyber threats within an information system, the AI technology catches any unknown threats that bypass regular defense systems like firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and antivirus.

As a fully packaged security operations center (SOC) that can be installed in customer premises, Reveelium detects and centralizes all the cybersecurity alerts and cyber threats.

“We equip the CIO and CSO with a comprehensive monitoring platform for cybersecurity within their organization,” states Ofer. Reveelium’s accurate alerts have reduced customers’ monitoring time of information systems for any threats by over half the usual duration.

Reveelium is equipped with an alert system, a vulnerability management tool, a ticketing system, and a reporting tool, all of which are packaged as one within the SOC platform. Furthermore, ITrust extends its services and support during the installation, deployment, and operation of the platform. From this point on, customers can either do their own monitoring with ITrust’s technology solution or the company does it for them.

With Reveelium, customers can have a full AI-based SOC that is up and running within three months. After the solution learns how the customer’s information system works, its stabilization takes three weeks to one month. At first installation, the AI system is already trained to detect known threats to the system. After installation, it may detect cyber threats that were not discovered before. In such a case, it takes roughly three weeks for the system to learn the precise behavior of the overall information system after which it can provide alerts pertaining to abnormal behavior or weak signals.
“Before working with us, our customers had no specific idea about the number of cyber threats that were entering or were present in their information system,” mentions Ofer. Now with Reveelium, not only do customers have regular reporting, but the solution also provides optimum defense for their information system. “We allowed customers to close open doors and establish new rules and processes to defend their businesses,” says Ofer.

To cater to a customer’s every requirement, ITrust has dedicated teams in each department that provide assistance for all. For the behavioral analysis systems, for instance, the company’s data scientists create new scenarios with the customer and implement them in the platform, making it easier for ITrust to work along with them in solving their problem.
