In messaging, IT-Decision Telecom focuses on providing global coverage with SMS API integration for carriers and web portals for enterprises, while ensuring data protection and privacy and providing flexible pricing options. Similarly, for its VoIP service, the company provides worldwide coverage with direct routes for wholesale and retail traffic.

Further, the development team aids in the process of providing improved and increased coverage, whereas the technical team is available for round-the-clock customer support.

IT-Decision Telecom stepped in by integrating its SMS API into the financial institution’s system to send one-time transaction verifications to submit online payments and for two-factor authentication via SMS. Another client, a travel operator, sought help with sending SMS notifications to clients with promotional information. IT-Decision Telecom helped them out by offering a web access tool so that the representative of the travel operator could send messages with their brand name to millions of subscribers with a single click.

The company plans to expand to Chinese and Hong Kong as well as Brazilian and Argentine markets.
