Luca Baldini, General ManagerToday’s global e-invoicing regulatory landscape is complex and fragmented, with different regulations and standards across countries—making it difficult for businesses to ensure compliance while streamlining and automating the invoicing process. DT’s flagship e-Invoicing platform streamlines a business’ invoicing processes and ensures consistent compliance with complex regulatory frameworks across different countries and regions worldwide. Its multi-channel solution offers a single point of contact for all technical, operational, and security needs, enabling businesses to reliably manage the complexities of different regulatory frameworks while delivering a streamlined and user-friendly experience. In addition, the e-Invoicing platform’s microservices architecture enables DT to offer a scalable and costeffective solution for businesses of all sizes.
“As a benefit company, DT is strongly committed to social responsibility, placing ethics at the center of its work and corporate philosophy. We intend to become the Italian digital intelligence capable of significantly increasing the digital maturity of our clients worldwide,” says Luca Baldini, general manager at DT.
DT is putting this commitment into action through its Innovation Hub, which brings together members with vertical competencies and deep technical know-how, specializing in automation technologies and process innovation.
DT’s platform goes beyond compliance and serves as a foundation for a comprehensive hyperautomation solution. It is designed to enhance and automate accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, allowing businesses to achieve greater efficiency and productivity while reducing costs. Recently, DT implemented a centralized e-invoicing platform for one of its multinational automotive sector clients to help them manage their account payables and receivables globally.
This was the starting point of a digitalization journey, where they gradually introduced hyperautomation solutions to automate other administrative and logistics processes such as supplier procurement, workflow approvals, and document reconciliation. Subsequently, this client could manage over 6 million documents and rapidly integrate them with existing systems. The solution’s success was quickly scaled and implemented in over 40 companies across the LATAM, APAC, and European markets. DT has one clear goal: to improve the operational performance of client business processes. It relies on highly qualified professionals who specialize in creating digital hyperautomation and e-invoicing platforms to achieve this. This team uses a consultative and tailor-made methodology to successfully implement flexible, scalable, and fully integrated solutions.
As a benefit company, DT is strongly committed to social responsibility, placing ethics at the center of its work and corporate philosophy. We intend to become the Italian digital intelligence capable of significantly increasing the digital maturity of our clients worldwide
In January 2022, DT amended its Articles of Association to strengthen its positioning as a benefit company operating in a responsible, sustainable, and transparent way towards people, the community, the environment, customers, and suppliers. It is now seeking B-Corp certification, which measures companies’ ESG impact through the Business Impact Assessment (BAI) measurement standard.
By developing digital platforms that automate and streamline customer processes, DT is helping businesses reduce their environmental footprint and achieve greater efficiency— setting the standard for the future of global e-invoicing and hyperautomation.
