This was the starting point of a digitalization journey, where they gradually introduced hyperautomation solutions to automate other administrative and logistics processes such as supplier procurement, workflow approvals, and document reconciliation. Subsequently, this client could manage over 6 million documents and rapidly integrate them with existing systems. The solution’s success was quickly scaled and implemented in over 40 companies across the LATAM, APAC, and European markets. DT has one clear goal: to improve the operational performance of client business processes.
