Helping Organisations Manage GDPR with Ease

Thibaut De Vylder, CEOdFakto supports organisations at each step of the GDPR compliance process, which includes training, accessing, piloting and offers a platform named GDPR360. The company accesses an organisations’ GDPR compliance by the efficient analysing, defining registry of data and identifying their risks and tasks required in the future. Subsequently, dFakto integrates the results of the GDPR evaluation into a centrally located management tool, GDPR360 that provides a point-to-point response to GDPR requirements. The platform helps organisations visualise the risks, manage tasks due date, KPIs, and automate reporting using one single interface.
With GDPR360, dFakto offers an operational solution to support the implementation and structuring of the necessary GDPR operations
Completely aligned with the methodological recommendations of the CNIL (National Commission Informatique et Libertés) in France, the Commission for the Protection of Privacy in Belgium, the National Data Protection Commission of Luxembourg and, the European Regulation, the GDPR360 solution can be deployed in less than one month. The company offers its solution to customers through resellers, either in its name or as a white label. In addition to GDPR's post-audit implementation and day-to-day operational challenges, the same application principles that exist in GDPR360 can also handle other types of compliance regulations, such as ISO27001, ePrivacy, and more. Moreover, the company has also developed a training module that can train organisations’ collaborators and managers on GDPR within four hours.
dFakto’s open, agile and scalable GRC and GDPR governance and compliance solution ensures thorough maintenance of privacy to enhance organisations’ consumers, and partners trust in their brand. The company eliminates duplicate and non-pertinent information and localises data to help efficient management of data. Further, the company also performs an audit of organisations’ data to help them gain added insights into their data sets. dFakto has already familiarised several providers in marketing, human resources, IT services, and the DPOs to operate the solution in as-a-service mode on behalf of their customers; allowing them to focus their activity on piloting and deploying several customers in parallel, at scale. “Having started as a data-driven management company, dFakto is already far ahead in the game with regards to GDPR compared to its competitors,” says Vylder.
Along with GDPR360, dFakto has also developed Transformation360, a globally recognised management solution for managing and analysing complex program and project portfolios, and Client360, which provides a complete ‘client-centric’ view of the truth about the customers.
Established in 2000, dFakto has carved a niche in the data management landscape. The company aims to build an end to end the GDPR value chain to fast track organisations’ journey to achieve GDPR compliance.
