While clients can manage their subscription automatically on the platform, they can also have ConnectedYou to manage it for them. “The subscriptions act as digital contracts where clients can sign up devices into an MNO (mobile network operator) contract on the fly, in real time,” says Parag. The larger companies having expertise can create their own logic to set up a particular network operator for every country they operate in. “It’s a digital contract where we delete the subscription from the SIM card and download a new one.” The marketplace facilitates the delivery of the new updates to a hardware or a service directly to its users.
