Imagine all the moving bits and pieces of your business—the constant stream of emails, texts, files, voice mails, and meeting reminders; keeping tabs on these moving elements is tedious unless one can find a way to organise or unify these dependencies into one tidy and a manageable stack of data. To enable such an orchestration, organisations need unified communication as a service (UCaaS) for integrating business communication requirements in one cohesive and homogenous system. “UCaaS not only organises the day-to-day operations of companies’ employees but also reduces friction and delivers a better customer experience,” adds Alexey Ivasyuk, CEO & CTO of Centile Telecom Applications SAS (Centile).

Founded in 1998, Centile simplifies business communication through its feature-rich multi-tenant ISTRA platform with integrated Fixed-Mobile Convergence (FMC), flexible APIs, and innovative native mobile application - Mobiis. The firm provides UCaaS and FMC turnkey solutions to various vendors such as mobile operators, integrators, reseller, and fixed-line operators. Owing to ISTRA’s reliable connectivity, Centile offers clients the flexibility and agility to focus on their core business and rapidly develop innovative new services, fulfilling the ever-changing customer requirements. The platform’s Any³ architecture— any service, over any network, on any device—helps operators purvey advanced professional communications services to fixed and mobile users independent of the devices or networks that users are connected to.

UCaaS not only organises the day-to-day operations of companies’ employees but also reduces friction and delivers a better customer experience

“Our mission is to facilitate operators and service providers with an innovative enterprise telephony solution that meets their needs to obtain a competitive edge in the industry,” says Ivasyuk. Further, with its ISTRA SP, fixed-line operators can unify communications and collaboration services for enterprises of all size over different networks and terminals. The ISTRAP SP platform’s open and modular architecture allows organisations to devise new revenue streams by delivering UCaaS, PBX Trunking, and Collaboration services to businesses.

Centile understands the necessity of integrating different systems within organisations to render unified communication; therefore, it nurtured the developed a REST API, ISTRA CCE. This allows service providers integrate ISTRA with Microsoft Lync, Skype for Business, and Salesforce to communicate and collaborate efficiently. In addition, to remote control business communications, Centrile offers MOBiiS—a mobile application powered by ISTRA Cloud PBX, FMC, and UCC platform. MOBiiS revolutionizes the way people handle their communications while at the office or on the go. It enables enterprise end users to improve productivity through team collaboration and enhanced mobility, straight from their smartphone.

Such robust result-driven platforms and applications empower Centile to collaborate with numerous organisations and enhance their interoperability with effective communication. More recently, the company collaborated with a charitable organisation, which aims to create a lasting impact on the lives of young people by supporting them to learn and grow. The client required a reliable communication channel to keep in touch with its customers and employees while reducing the operational cost. Thus, they opted for Centile’s cloud-based ISTRA platform to replace dated in-house private branch exchange (PBX) system and integrated services digital network (ISDN) line with session initiation protocol (SIP), obtaining flexibility and quality while communicating. Using broadband for their calls increased their savings, in turn, allowing them to pay depending as per the usage.

Striving to build similar success stories, Centile is undertaking various research and development initiatives to improve its products further. Moving forward, the firm plans to collaborate with other UCaaS organisations in the market and collectively become European leaders in delivering telecom services.
