Automotives Cloud used AI and other intelligence backend technologies to analyse over 2000 dealers and 150000 cars that were sold via its Autocerfa platform. The study revealed that a vehicle remains in the dealership premises for almost 60 days before being sold. This resulted in a lower sales margin, loss of car face-value, and recurring losses for dealers.
To mitigate these issues, Automotives Cloud revamped its existing invoicing software platform, Autocerfa, to accelerate the sales cycle of dealers. “The latest and most promising edition of Autocerfa platform is called Accelerator. The pilot program is now completed, and we are going live with a large panel of business accelerators from January 2020,” says Michel Sedaghat, CEO at Automotives Cloud.
The intuitive sales accelerator of Autocerfa establishes effective communication between salesmen and customers through SMS, mails, and others. It adds vehicles via its license plate and organises the vehicle base using simple formulas such as PREMIUM and ELITE. The accelerator allows instant access to a broad spectrum of vehicle financing options. With seamless integration of all these functionalities necessary for the management of vehicle trade, the sales accelerator enables dealers to sell their product within a few clicks.
Introduced in 2017, Autocerfa today serves 2400 organisations and has emerged to be the preferred software for car dealers in France. It empowers auto dealers by successfully bridging the gap between sales, service, and marketing teams. Autocerfa is presently associated with several national banks for vehicle financing and major vehicle brands and MOT centres to track mileage fraud across France and EU. Its engagement with the French government vehicle registration systems enables it to control administrative processes on behalf of dealers. Furthermore, Autocerfa is connected to 20 vehicle registrations in the EU and can successfully retrieve useful information such as vehicle data, VIN, model number, age, and others. To further empower the dealerships, the company is building an online video platform to help them showcase their stock in a much more interactive way than today’s simple low-quality photos.
