When the players of a big Spanish Football Club walk on the training pitch or warm up before a game, onlookers hardly realise that the performance of the players is being tracked in real time. These training sessions are optimised by the coaching staff by using a multitude of sensors that are attached to the jerseys and blazers of players, providing them information on the fitness levels, fatigue accumulation, health condition, and injury possibilities. The sensors effectively analyse health information of players and this information can be smartly managed by utilising artificial intelligence (AI) - through a project done by Atomian for a very important Spanish Football Club - helping coaches visualise the performance of players consistently. This example is just one of the many use cases demonstrating Atomian’s capabilities in the cognitive intelligence landscape.

Atomian ‘humanises’ data for various businesses. The company has built a cognitive digital brain that understands real-world processes and helps organisations overhaul their business through actionable insights. The natural language processing (NLP) engine, which serves as the foundation of the digital brain, transforms complex sentences into an assorted set of atoms. These are data points that are fragmented into indivisible elements or knowledge atoms that are capable of comprehending spoken or written texts. The cognitive engine then deduces the information and produces intelligent insights to assist industry leaders in restructuring their business strategies.
“Atomian is business agnostic and intelligence personified. Through its cognitive architecture and NLP engine, Atomian can analyse data sets, business processes, and behavioural patterns to democratise knowledge sharing, having the information in seconds just asking in plain English,” explains Beatriz Cabrera, CEO of Atomian.

The digital brain serves as a business intelligence tool for data discovery and derives its proficiency from the company’s cognitive computing expertise. It assists healthcare professionals in managing health records, as 80 percent of such information is unstructured and mainly documented by medical practitioners based on patient information. Atomian streamlines the process of retrieving information intuitively and efficiently, simplifying complex data aggregation processes. The cognitive intelligence model optimises healthcare data through actionable insights, delivering a fast and engaging approach to hospital management. And, all of this does not require the healthcare staff of an organisation to undergo training or restructure their IT infrastructure while adopting Atomian to improvise business processes.

“CIOs of organisations can save a considerable amount of time while zeroing in on answers pertaining to their business processes by shooting those queries at Atomian directly. In fact, most of our clients find Atomian quite addictive and resourceful. They are very happy about using Atomian as he provides answers within seconds,” remarks Beatriz. Atomian proactively works with clients and their customers, customising its services based on their business requirements. A collaborative effort such as this ensures that the company values the customers’ preferences while also helping them with the implementation of Atomian.

Atomian improvises corporate decision-making capabilities by adding automation to various business processes, all the while optimising corporate communication for industry leaders. Its ability to extract information from a diverse data set—structured or unstructured—goes a long way in replicating the digital brain in accordance with a multitude of business prerequisites, regardless of sectors or specialisations. By training the cognitive intelligence module with relevant data sets, Atomian facilitates the access to information in an intuitive and engaging manner. “Atomian can be used for various applications across multiple geographies. We can extract data, structured or not structured, from many different sources, and give to the user the opportunity to access this data just asking in plain English and/or Spanish, with the possibility of analysing this data in a predictive way and be more proactive taking smart decisions. That’s an awesome advantage for any business!” concludes Beatriz.
