3C Payment
Go Cashless with 3C Payment Solutions

Tim Goodwin, CEOThe growing complexity of point of sale and property management systems has prompted merchants to look for payment partners that provide the right technical solution. 3C Payment ’s clients derive a raft of benefits from the Integra hosted platform as it regulates speed and resilience of the transaction process to ensure point-to-point encryption (P2PE) for seamless transactions.
The payment platform offered by 3C Payment ensures secure EMV payments anywhere by consolidating multiple payment channels
Alongside, it also promotes cross channel tokenization, multiple global banking links with digital platforms that support enterprise applications, and digital payment wallets. These solutions provide opportunities for customer segments and even individuals via targeted marketing, loyalty, and rewards driven by real data, making the company stand out from the competition.
For over 30 years, the company has worked with clients within industries such as hospitality, food and beverage, and parking and retail. Its cache of clients includes Hilton, InterContinental, Hyatt, Accor, NH, Starbucks, Caffe Nero, Pret A Manger, Europcar, and Flowbird. Marriot is one such American multinational, diversified hospitality company that implemented 3C Payment’s solution. The hotel relied on 3C Payment’s hosted platform to simplify the check-in and check-out process. The firm’s solution streamlined Marriott’s payment woes in the DACH region, and it helped them conduct EMV transactions with a fully integrated and standardized infrastructure. This procedure ensured complete elimination of input errors and reduced the time taken to process transactions. Before leveraging 3C Payment’s hosted platform, receptionists at Marriott manually entered card details into the Oracle Opera PMS and then re-entered the details via the card machine—often prone to errors. Eyad Skaff, IT coordinator for Marriott’s Arabella hotels says, “Enabling an automated end-of-day settlement means one less task for our front desk staff and so, saves them time.”
3C Payment plans to expand its foothold in the U.S. and EMEA to transcend core payments. The firm’s multi-cultural employee base has more than doubled in size in a short span of two years. 3C Payment launched 3C TechLab, in Porto, Portugal, a fintech organization initiated by 3C Payment to serve as an innovation incubator for both payment and non-payment solutions. 3C TechLab provides technical nearshore services and complimentary value-added products to accelerate development along payment services. This, in turn, will assist 3C Payment to ramp up expansion in the retail marketing layout. The company’s latest venture, 3C Digital will let them develop payment solutions and take the core payment transaction alongside enterprise applications and business insights in the near future.
